The method
How Tantra Clinic works.
Three steps. No cult vibes. Real practice you can actually do at home.
The 3-step path.
- Tell us what's going on. Leave your name, email and a short note on what you're experiencing — in your own words, in two minutes.
- Get a personalized recommendation. One online program matched to your issue, audience, and budget — plus an optional 1:1 session if you want a human.
- Practice at home. 15 minutes a day, in private, on your schedule. Most participants report meaningful change in 3–8 weeks.
The four-pillar framework.
Every Tantra Clinic program is built on four pillars. We name them in plain English first, Sanskrit second.
- Body — re-establishing felt-sense in the parts of you that have gone quiet.
- Breath — the foundational tantric tool. Five minutes a day rewires more than most people expect.
- Awareness — being in the body rather than commenting on it.
- Connection — with self first; with a partner if and when you have one.
The quality bar.
- Every issue page touching medical territory is editorially reviewed against current evidence — a named, credentialed clinical advisory board is still in formation.
- Practices are sourced from named lineages — we do not invent ancient practices that did not exist.
- We are honest about what tantra cannot do. It is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
- We never promise a cure. We commit to a practice and an honest read of the evidence.
What makes us different.
- Issue-led, not modality-led. Most tantra resources start with the practice. We start with what is broken.
- Evidence-flavored. We cite Mayo Clinic, Lancet, AASECT, Esther Perel, Emily Nagoski. Where evidence is limited, we say so.
- No religion required. Tantra has religious roots. The practice does not require religious framing.
- Inclusive without performance. Built for all bodies, all audiences, all configurations.
