Where it comes from
White tantra is the Western label for the meditative, non-sexual side of tantric practice. In the Kundalini Yoga tradition popularized by Yogi Bhajan, white-tantra workshops are partnered exercises focused on energy and breath without any sexual content.
What you actually do
Long held postures with partners, mantra recitation, breath practice, sometimes silence retreats. No sexual contact.
